3. Vehicle Information & Condition

  • All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

  • Vehicle descriptions, photos, mileage, and condition reports are provided to the best of our knowledge.

  • Minor variations due to wear, age, or transportation may occur and do not constitute misrepresentation.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless specified otherwise.

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer to our official company bank account.

  • Vehicles are reserved only after full payment is received.

  • ZafAutosJapan is not responsible for bank charges, exchange rate differences, or intermediary fees.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once payment is confirmed, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

  • Any cancellation request after payment may result in deductions for administrative, auction, or storage costs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We arrange shipping through trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and may vary due to port congestion, weather, or customs procedures.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is loaded onto the shipping vessel.

7. Documentation

We provide all standard export documents, including but not limited to:

  • Export Certificate

  • Bill of Lading

  • Commercial Invoice

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with import regulations in their country.

8. Customs, Taxes & Import Regulations

  • Buyers are solely responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, registration, and local compliance in the destination country.

  • ZafAutosJapan is not liable for delays or costs caused by customs or regulatory issues.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • ZafAutosJapan does not provide any warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues discovered after shipment.

  • Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the vehicle avoiding willful misrepresentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZafAutosJapan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays beyond our control.
